Vinyasa

Get ready to break a sweat and feel the burn! BlossOM’s Vinyasa class will have you feeling empowered, aligned, and ready to take on the world. With a blend of asana styles, groovy tunes, and maybe some inversions, this class will awaken your inner-lion or lionness. Come ready to roar!

 

Restorative

Restore all of your bones, musculature, and thoughts by relaxing into passive, supported poses for an extended length of time. This is a great class if you want some much needing adult nap-time!

Hatha

Take it down a few notches with a Hatha class. Combine all the elements of yoga: breath, movement, awareness, and sensation for a rejeuvanting, intentional flow.

 

Yoga Basics

A great class for beginners, experienced yogis, and everything in between. Yoga Basics focuses on form, asana (posture), breath, and energy. Give yourself some much needed TLC. All levels are welcome.

Cognitive Yoga

Yoga centered on bettering mental health. Enlighten your mind and soul by merging the psychological with the physiological. This class will lead you through mindful practices, such as, breath-work, meditation, and movement to strengthen your overall connection with yourself and purpose.

 

Trauma-Sensitive

Similar to Restorative, Gentle, or Yin Yoga, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga is a class for relaxation and grounding. It creates a space for Trauma without sensationalizing it and allows for a gentle release paired with integration of calm. By using supportive props/poses, meditation, music, dance, and Somatic Respiratory Integration, you may leave feeling seen, heard, and a little less heavy, then when you first walked in.

 

Yoga & Art

Free your mind and your body by painting and flowing through some yoga. This style of yoga helps to activate your imagination and engages your senses, so you may step inside your beautiful inner-landscape and bring to life what you really desire!

 

Outdoor Yoga

Practicing outside allows us to sync with Mother Nature’s natural rhythms. If you are seeking grounding and fresh air this is a great option and we can pair whatever yoga sequence to any nature setting.

 

Yoga & Meditation

This class begins and ends with a meditation and includes yoga in the middle. Meditation allows us to quiet the mind and come back to the body. If you are seeking to restore a connection to your body and detach from the monkey mind this class is the one!

Funk n’ Flow

Is a breath-to-movement centered class. Explore your relationship to your breath and how it coincides with your body to awaken more connection and calm, while also listening to the funkiest of funk music.
