What is a Blessingway?

A Blessingway is a sacred ceremony that is derived from the Navajo Native American tribe to honor and adorn Mama and her baby to be. This ceremony is a stripped back form of a baby shower that includes spiritual practices to ground the Mama with her friends and loved ones to enter a serene state, so she can enter labor feeling all the love, joy, and peace needed for that transition.

What do they include?

Blessingways can include:

-meditation

-yoga

-breathwork

-soundbath

-aromatherapy/essential oil (adjustment during final shavasana)

-intention-setting

-affirmation writing exercise

-oracle and/or tarot card reading

-flower altar

-flower crown making

-foot soak

-cacao ceremony or tea

-closing ceremony

Who do I invite?

You can invite whomever you feel comfortable having. This is your sacred space and time to relax and feel the Divine support of your loved ones and friends all coming together to help you embark on this wonderful journey into Motherhood!

Where do I have it?

Blessingways can be held in the comfort of your own home or a friend/family’s place, outside at the beach or in a park, or in a rented venue at a studio.

How much are Blessingways?

Blessingways range from $500-$1600 depending on what you want to be included.
