What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing and alternative medicine. The palms of the hands are used by hovering or placing them on parts of the body (with consent) that need healing by transferring “universal energy” from the practitioner to the patient, in order to bring about greater well-being on all levels (spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional).
